Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: We pack and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days.
• Delivery Time: Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location in India. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order ships.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. However, as tea is a perishable food product, we can only accept returns under specific conditions.

• No Returns on Opened Products: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any products that have been opened or used. We do not offer refunds if you dislike the taste or flavour of the tea.
